Thank you for programming the BRIXS package. I wanted to apply it to one of our problems and started with the tutorial. When I run your first example input.xml with exciting fluorine, no bse_output.h5 file is created, even though no errors appear in the INFO.OUT output. I wonder if the data structure of the BSE calculations have changed in the meantime?
