Add logic for creating O::Q objects that inherit subs

Something like $CLASS->subclass( 'Package::Name' ); which will find all the subs in the package(s) and create O::Q::Method objects which do a 'goto &base_class_sub', then they can be overriden or modified per usual O::Q API.
