Hours / week is not working

Describe the bug
On the user profile page hours for week is not saving, or even enterable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to profile page
2. Click on profile
3. Fill out form until hours per week
4. Try typing in an amount of hours

Expected behavior
Hours should update and save.
