isPublic state does not change

**Describe the bug**
Blueprint type cannot be changed once set from the dropdown

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to `Homepage`
2. Click on `Create Blueprint`
3. Use a dummy name 
4. Set `Blueprint Type` to *Public*
5. Attempt to change it back to *Private*

**Expected behavior**
After clicking again on Private, the type should be selected as Private.
