Autofix/migration suggestion

I remember at some point y'all were asking what would some good migrations be. Well, here's one! An autofix that adds a variable to all of the queries it's part of, perhaps with a specific default value as well

In my case, an elegant solution to this would be to allow provided variables to be passed the name of the query. Then I can use a provided variable everywhere and not modify the query declaration.

In my case, the variable has a value of true for some queries and false for all others.
