How do UHM/Avatar/output/model_dump/Subject1/snapshot_X.pth and UHM/UHM/ckpt.pth relate to each other?

How do the following weights relate to each other?

• UHM/Avatar/output/model_dump/Subject1/snapshot_X.pth (ca. 1.5G)
• UHM/UHM/ckpt.pth (ca. 1.2G)

If train an Avatar with custom data, how can I use the trained model with UHM/UHM/demo/demo.py?

snapshot_X.pth -> weights of getting 3D poses of all frames of the video, ID code, texture
ckpt.pth -> weights of uhm
