Need to create a hosted schema document against which the metadata.json files can be validated, this will help validate generated metadata and prevent guessing and wrongly understanding protocol specs.

I created this schema for use in Fair-Pulse. We can probably use it as the primary schema too. In which case Fair-Pulse can also read from the hosted version
