Parakeet transcribing without speakers #4576

Describe the bug
local Parakeet TDT int8 transcribed my russian meeting with right words detection. BUT:
it doesn't have spaces
everything is registered like one speaker
it's injected english words in places where we didn't use english language
sometimes it makes some words Ukrainian, but very randomly.
MORE IMPORTANTLY: Parakeet make every meeting with one person.
To Reproduce
- I get a meeting with whisper, it translates everything into english
- Changed model to parakeet
- start transcribing again
Expected behavior
- spaces between words
- detection of speakers
