[Feature Request] Enabling CalDAV Calendars and/or ics file uploads

I'm hosting several calendars locally on my NAS. Sharing them via ics link is impossible.

What is possible is opening them via a CalDAV Link. All the calendar plugin would have to provide (on the front end) would be a place to enter the URL, a user and a password.

Additionally, an ics file drop would be nice. There are some calendars that are changed only annually here. This would be great!
