It seems that this page : http://www.felixcloutier.com/x86/PSRLW:PSRLD:PSRLQ.html wasn't generated correctly.Html output looks more or less as a plaint text.

This one happens because the source PDF document contains a random, invisible rectangle in the table that completely messes up the table recognition algorithm. It would be kind of hard to work around.
