So I'm setting up a rate limiter, which I understand the general premise of. Is this for all incoming traffic, or a select few API's? I know it's JWT centric at least

Just throw out a general direction or area that I can begin looking in at least, if you wouldn't mind! I feel that I have a good grasp on the utilities in the project now as result of the API task instructions
