UI: Modify all the measurement lines from a same fiber at the same time

To save editing time, a user should be able to edit all of the measurements of a given fiber at the same time using a shortcut like Alt-Clickdown+Drag

Possible group edits:

• modify length of the measurements
• move measurements' position
• rotate every measurement by the same angle (probably not so useful)
