Build instructions

Currently this lacks the build instructions and dependencies. This issue will collect the steps I have performed and the issues I encountered:

Basing on openSUSE 42.1

zypper install -y git make sudo kiwi ostree
git clone https://github.com/fcrozat/opensuse-flatpak-runtime.git
cd opensuse-flatpak-runtime
make

Currently fails on kiwi with:

bash-4.2# make
sudo rm -rf buildroot
sudo kiwi --profile="runtime" system prepare --root=$PWD/buildroot --description=$PWD
Unknown option: profile
Unknown option: description

Instead of Kiwi, these images are generated using Kiwi NG

$ zypper ar -f http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Virtualization:/Appliances:/Builder/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/Virtualization:Appliances:Builder.repo
$ zypper --no-gpg-checks install -y python3-kiwi

Have a GitLab infrastructure to build the flatpak runtime. The configuration is as follows:

• https://gitlab.com/gbraad/flatpak-runtime-build/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml

Would be great if the build_opensuse task of this .gitlab-ci.yml file could be part of the repo... What do you think?
