Setup TravisCI/CodeQL/Github Actions #10
Description
This depends on #2, #7, and #9 .
Travis is free for Open Source projects. GitHub actions is also viable.
It would be nice if we could automate multi platform testing.
It should also run:
- cppcheck
- flawfinder
- scan-build
- clang-format would be nice too....
Platforms to check:
- fedora
- centos
- suse
- debian
- gentoo
- arch
