Creating a new campaign from scratch leaves out several fields

If one uses the Add button on the Campaigns page in order to create a campaign from scratch when one goes to edit the it via the GUI then the pre-created campaign and stage bubbles are missing several fields.

The campaign bubble when edited doesn't have the campaign_keywords field, data_handling_service, and output_ancestor_depth, and it does have a merge_overrides and default_clear_cronjob but in a different order in the list.

The campaign stage bubble when edited is missing the campaign_keywords and merge_overrides fields, but also the sam_settings field found in other campaigns -- this was tagged as a SAM campaign on creation.

Explicitly setting things like campaign_keywords to a non-null value in the construction of a Campaign within Campaign_POMS.py/campaign_add_name does seem to set them (as they show up when one exports a .ini file), but they don't show up in the GUI editor.

campaign_keywords will show up as a editor field if the campaign is "Saved". But it will always be blank even if key/value pairs were forced into the campaign by the campaign creation code (i.e. those values are lost and one starts from scratch).
