Collect all properties used for Wikidata records #42
Description
Editing records recently has been difficult, as it's unclear as to which properties are used across file format records. There should be some consistency. One example is how to link to specifications or schemas.
Given we have the ability to download info about all formats (or a lot of them) we could also programatically run DESCRIBE on each of these to output all properties that are used. We could then create a set of all of them that are used and then build a guide based on this so that folks know what properties are available for them to use when describing a file format.
