Bug: Files hangs for minutes on start querying registry

Description

Upon launching, Files become unresponsive for one to two minutes after its main window has loaded. Process Monitor shows the application repeatedly querying registry keys of file paths, which appear to be associated with "FileTags".

Example of queries:

• Have you ever add tags on the items that show in the process explorer?

No, it doesn't happen on another Files application/package.

No, I haven't (manually) added any tag. Clicking the tags on the sidebar also hangs for minutes and shows none.

Yes, it still happens.

Safe to say the slow performance is expect if you had 4+ million tags based on the screenshot, no idea how that would have been added if you never tagged anything.

Even if that were the case (over 4 million tagged items), it still shouldn't slow down startup. If this happens again, please let us know.
