Bug: Drive entry on Files 'Home' screen duplicates when assigning a new drive letter

Description

If Files is open when assigning a drive a new letter through the Windows 'Disk Management' utility, the drive in question will show a duplicate entry that doesn't go away until Files is closed and reopened (refreshing doesn't work).
