Rationale and Impact Analysis

These fields are being removed in favor of the _fivetran_deleted column.

Migration Path / Alternatives

The latest version of the package includes both _is_deleted and _fivetran_deleted. Users have time to migrate to using the newer _fivetran_deleted. However, in the near future we will remove the deprecated column.
