I'm happy to announce the availability of RNArtistCore 0.4.4-SNAPSHOT, the drawing engine behind RNArtist to be used from the command line.

Better non-overlapping layout and rounded phosphobonds for junctions. The next release for RNArtist using these improvements will follow.
