Tests for data type "timestamp with timezone" and "timestamptz" fail

It seems there has to be done some additional work to convert the data types correctly. Of course my postgres database may be configured differently from yours. I have tested this on an instance created from the official postgres docker image (running on ubuntu).

Oh, and my local timezone is CET (currently GMT+1:00). This would not surface on a machine that is in the GMT timezone.
