Bundle state root

It would be useful for the interpretation of logs contained in a MEV share bundle if the block number or block hash was included. Sure, one can assume that it is for the current block, however due to network latencies, this could be wrong. An easy fix is to include the block hash of the block it was simulated on.

Also the validity would be nice to have.
