Maintenance mode for FlatPress

A maintenance mode may be helpful for changing the file permissions, rebuilding the index and deleting the template cache.

This maintenance mode must inform the visitor that the requested URL is currently not available due to maintenance work.
It may also be necessary to terminate the current PHP session, although this will result in a logout from the admin area.

Although I don't think this is too urgent, I like the idea in general.
Wouldn't kill the session, though: The sole purpose of this imho is having your visitors see a defined maintenance mode page while, as logged in site admin, being able to work e.g. on your template (and watch the changes on the blog frontend).
Would be a nice feature on the 1.5 list!
