Chrome Grammarly extension troubling overlay modal z-Index

When Chrome (Version 73.0 - Windows 10 64bit) Grammarly extension was installed lean-overlay was getting z-index (2147483647) and popup-content wrapper was getting 0 making the popup-content get in-accessible.

As a workaround I had to fix zIndex to know max. value on the website for now.
