Currently we have a folder apps having the subfolders crawler and doc-scanner. The folder cli is not included within apps folder.
Proposing to do some minor refactoring and either include cli within apps folder, because cli is an app too, or move crawler and doc-scanner outside, in the same level with cli, and deprecate the apps folder.
@nergonvc @HixDr , what do you think?
