"Setting up a Python Server for the App" Documentation 

Since the flock website talks about developing the app in a JavaScript environment, we can add a documentation for the python code, in order to show how a similar server can be created on Python, using the Django framework.

I am already developing code recreating the Alarms app on Python, we could also include that if we can. 

Can be advantageous to people who work mostly with Python
