I was installing some FO3 mods a few mins ago and started having some "missing ini" problems, after restarting FOMM and selecting FO3 it requests a file upgrade yet upon accepting I get an upgrade error message
an additional note(there might be a possibility of clearing cache/scrap files a few mins prior to the issue,could that cause the missing ini/errors?)
