Questions can't be resolved

There seems to be a bug where it's impossible to resolve questions.

Note that this seems to happen both for numeric inputs (5) and distribution inputs (3 to 8). It's fine if this specific fix is just for one of those two; especially if the other would require work in distPlus or similar.
