I initially had one account, I changed the notification settings and everything was fine. After a reboot, the settings were saved.
I added a second account and changed the notification settings for the second account. The notification sound settings are saved only until the phone is rebooted. After the reboot, the sound for personal chats and groups for the second account becomes the default.
Reinstalling the app doesn't help.
