Update all fs-3 past data without "Time_ms" column to have one using simpleTimeCol

Grafana doesn't support log files that don't have a "Time_ms" file so we need to update old ones to have it. We will do this simply with an estimation via simpleTimeCol in AnalysisFunctions.py
