when a user wants to add a card to a deck, a window pops up so that the user can select which card type to add. When hitting Add, the dialog is closed and the user has to click on + again to add another one.
It would be nice if the dialog could stay open and functional until the user clicks cancel, this way the user could easily add several new cards in a faster way.
