As per included Help ..

• Live Log displays the web requests in reverse order (new one on top)
• It will continue to display while the Options page is open and will stop logging as soon as the page is closed
• Log data is not stored

Why don't i have the option to store my log data, if i can see log display, i should have the option to export log for forensic reviews...

Option to export displayed log can be a feature request.
However, it is better to use a dedication application for a proper forensic review.
