Camera Stuttering

I have two camera’s a Main and a General

I have an issue with my Main camera stuttering.
I do not know is the issue effects a general camera due to very low traffic in the area,

This is an intermittent fault occurring some of the time.

I used Process Monitor and see the report that one of the camera’s is trying to create a file in it’s own folder D:\Capture\General Webcam\Webcam_is_Obscured.txt
Name not found

This is the correct folder for General camera, and this camera is functioning normally,
Occasional stuttering is noted on the Main camera, when I say occasional I mean that it can last for several minutes or more.

The log show this error once a second, regardless if the Main camera is displaying correctly or not.
Both cameras tabs are open in the app
The main camera is monitored constantly.

I can see no other applications using resource that may cause this, such as virus scanning or malware detection.

I installed the newest version 9.9.25 but the issue persists.
The stuttering is completely removed from the main camera when I close the General camera off.

Unfortunately, the screenshot is highly pixelated and unreadable.
The camera feed is not really meant to be viewed in the app itself. Have you tried viewing it on a browser pointing to the ContaCam webserver? That's its intended use-case.
Not sure what is causing the stuttering but normally, network bandwidth is the cause. If the issue persists, you may wish to use a different encoding stream from your camera depending on what it supports. A lower bandwidth might be more stable.

The Image is the Process Monitor log: CreateFile D:\Full HD webcam\CAMERA_IS_OBDCURED.txt NAME NOT FOUND Desired Access: Read Attributes, Disposition: Open, Options: Open Reparse Point, Attribuies: n/a ShareMode: Read, Write, Delete, AllocationSize: n/a

I thought this might indicate what is causing the issue.

I run the app on my main PC to monitor access points. No network traffic is in use.
I understand from the documentation that live view is not the intended method of use, but as the app is simple to use and with so many great features, it is the best options for what I need.

The issue has become more intermittent which suggests the issue is my system.
