"CAN" tooltip appears insensitive to casing

What's the issue?
I believe this was also an issue on ChiefDelphi, but all instances of "can" are underlined and hoverable. Although readers would quickly pick up the discrepancy, it might be worth looking into.

Expected behavior
You can hover over the word "can" and a tooltip appears.

Unsure, but maybe only show tooltip for all caps CAN or add a flag to activate the tooltip

note that the fix doesn't apply retroactively to pr branches that haven't synced with main, hence why it is still an issue in the pr branch
