I would like to add a step where the spearman correlations for all of the normalized bedgraphs are generated as part of the run. Having it come out as a .csv file and a heatmap would be useful. Also generating file of contianing the jaccard distances (and peak over lap stats) information for the EPODs and Peaks of the run would also be useful.
