Description
Tor Browser no longer uses HTTPS Everywhere, it's now using about:rulesets (c.f. https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/40458)
So maybe something like securedrop-tor-browser-rulesets? We probably don't want to change the path on securedrop.org that hosts this though.
