Report stylesheet syntax errors encountered while running a script as synax and not runtime errors

Currently, if there is a syntax error in a dynamically parsed stylesheet (basically, in the value of a "style" property), the error is reported as an execution error and the specific location of the error is not highlighted. It should be reported as a syntax error.
