Update config file between versions

Should check if config file needs to be updated and make changes as necessary. Deleting and updating variables as necessary.

Add some code to remove old legacy variables. Maybe just a function thats never called, CleanConfig().

Write ver into config, and if different than run update and clear out old variables.
