Chatbot: Change endpoint requests to POST

Currently all requests done to the bot are GET requests which should be changed to POST

Because we change the state of the system, that is user data (database). Wouldn't be PUT requests more appropriate? Regardless any changes should be addressed on the backend . Ping @gekinci
