Multiple features to add

• add download in config.json
• add seed time
  • and send seed time requests too
• add possibility to seed multiple torrents at the same time
• add -h|--help and especially the -d|--debug command

👍 for the multiple torrents seeding. Like CLI could input a folder, and seed over all .torrent files from there randomly.
