Renaming “applications” to “stacks”

v0.6.0 brings a breaking change

• What changed: Renamed the manifest root key from applications to stacks.
• Why: “Stacks” better matches Docker Compose concepts and how Dockform groups services.
• Backward compatibility: Older manifests using applications: still load transparently; I recommend migrating to stacks:. The legacy alias may be removed in a future release.
• Action for users: Update your manifests to replace applications: with stacks:. No CLI flags or subcommands changed.
