Form Section : Implement Badge Input Form

• Description:

Add a bold, centered title "Badge Card Generator" at the top of the page. Ensure proper font styling and responsiveness. Create a form with fields for Full Name, GitHub Username, and a file input for Upload Photo. Ensure inputs are styled with light borders and proper spacing. Add two buttons: Download (blue) and Share (orange) below the form. Buttons should have hover and active states.
