Not compatible with rasbian trixie?

Bookworm is an older version of Rasbian and with the pi imager came trixie as standard. I tried installing the install_bookworm.sh script but it doesnt want to display. If I use the luma examples one it does but not on restart and seems to freeze.

I am not that good with python to change the script, any suggestions?

As of today, for Trixie support, the installation of the libraries and module needs to be done manually. Python and Bash skills are definitely a must have for these kinds of scenarios. I installed yesterday on my old pi3b. Took several hours of back and forth. I tried updating the script to add the trixie code name but it didn’t work due to dependency breakage. So, I did it manually. I did not needed fan control nor fan led as I have custom fan setup and only wanted the oled service with the sys_info_extended. I followed the code where the service is built and loaded in the install script, and took out from the code the steps I needed to do it manually. And just to say the least, the manual process in the booklet is good to follow up, but for the service needs to go to the install script and follow along.
