Configure repository using standard maven layout and add junit tests

I'd like to refactor findAncestors in OWLutil, but not until there are junit tests.

maybe there is a smart way to do this in eclipse, but I would just do:

mkdir  src/main
mkdir  src/main/java
git mv src/org src/main/java

we can then add a src/test/java
