separate notebooks and docs repo's

• put the notebooks in a separate repo computation_notebooks

On second thought, I think having them in separate places could get trick in the initial stages of development and making sure the deployment stays in-sync with the docs. So for now, I would suggest we keep them together and consider breaking it apart later on.
