Move to geotools 34

Hi @jericks , are there plans to move geoscript to geotools 34?
I am trying to move the Hortonmachine project to that and there s some work to be done, even if there is a very clean transition strategy and it seems to go flawless up to now (only thing I noticed in the first piece I have done, is that the RotationDescriptor is not yet ported from the jai to imagen.
Is there something I can do to help the transition?
Geoscript is a crucial part of all geo :-)

A couple of notes (probably you already aware of them).
I think that being geoscript already on geotools 32, changes will be minimal.

What I identified on a first go is that there are the ImageN packages to fix to handle: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/media/jai/iterator/WritableRandomIter
But that has proven to be simple for the HM project.

Then geobuf doesn't seem to exist and probably has been renamed to flatgeobuf? Not sure about that.

The main issue found also in the HM is that WindowIterator doe no longer exist in the ported jaitools project:

In the HM, I have just copied over and adapted the original jaitools classes.
