Dashboard - Enable FeatureEditor grid in advanced Map editor

Description

Dashboard widgets now allow maps to be edited directly using the Advanced Map Editor, similar to GeoStory. The editor should also include the FeatureEditor plugin when accessed from a widget.

Acceptance Criteria

• Display the FeatureEditor plugin in the Advanced Map Editor
• Support CQL-to-OGC filter conversion based on dependencies
• Ensure the plugin is shown only when the editor is opened from a dashboard widget
