#33 broke videos. Make them work again, und zwar for all modes: MESO, CONUS, and Full Disk. This shouldn't be too hard, but to get both M1 and M2 in a video consistently correctly required calling glmtools twice, once for each lat/lon. There is useful stuff already in get_abi_glm_multiscenes but that only works for one MESO scale at the time (it would be easy to make the video making work for just one MESO at the time, but having both is fun).
