Suggest Paparazzi plugin for projects that uses Paparazzi library as a dependency

When we open a project that uses Paparazzi library as a dependency, then it would be great if the IDE shows a recommendation popup suggesting the user to install Paparazzi plugin (instead of user having to manually search for the plugin)

We will add support for this (<extensionPoint name="dependencySupport" />) after the plugin is deemed stable and holds all the necessary features.
