Setting LOGLEVEL leads to crash (<-> #83) #87

Additional to issue #83, also setting the LOGLEVEL now doesn't work any more.

$ export LOGLEVEL=DEBUG
$ ./simple.py

AttributeError: type object 'CppLoggerHandler' has no attribute 'translateLevelValue'
